C & T’s Trump Doonbeg Wedding.

We couldn’t wait to share Caitlin & Thomas’ Trump Doonbeg wedding from this summer. We were so lucky to document not only as photographers but also as wedding videographers as well. Myself and Danilo always have the best time visiting Trump Doonbeg. It is such an amazing wedding venue surrounded by so much beauty. As photographers and videographers we are really spoiled for choice.

The morning preparations started in the beautiful lodges. Caitlin had all her girls with her, there were gifts exchanged and a lot of champagne.

Caitlin & Thomas wanted a traditional church ceremony and what better church than St Senan’s church in Kilrush. It was such a beautiful and emotional ceremony, before we knew it they were walking out to confetti, having the best time of their lives.

The wedding guests had their cocktail hour overlooking the ocean. We took the family photographs and bridal party photos in 15 mins to allow the bride and groom to enjoy their family and friends and soak up all the love and laughter. We knew we could use the time when guests were being called for dinner to get some beautiful and relaxed couples portraits at the surfers beach.

A lot of laughs and tears followed during the speeches. Caitlin & Thomas surprised their guests to some traditional Irish dancing by the amazing Shevlin Twins. The first dance followed with Ray La Montagne’s “You’re the best thing” and Flog the Dog had everyone on their feet until the early hours.

Caitlin & Thomas wanted their family and friends to have the time of their lives and for their wedding to be one to be talked for years. There was so much entertainment and so many little personal touches, everyone looked like they were having the best time.
