FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
ARE WE ABLE TO VIEW IMAGES FROM OUR WEDDING ON-LINE?
All images from your wedding are posted on-line in private password protected web gallery for viewing and downloading by you, your friends and family.
WHAT IS YOUR STYLE?
We lOVE all things elegant and timeless and we always keep an eye out for all those details that took you months to decide on. Our style is best described as romantic and timeless, we’ll blend into the background to allow you and your guests to relax but will also capture amazing couples portraits.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO BOOK YOU?
In order to secure your date we require a €500 retainer and a signed contract, dates are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Once the deposit is paid your date is secured in our calendar. We can’t hold a date without the retainer fee. Booking system is entirely online.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK YOU?
Most of our clients book us anywhere between 12-18 months before the wedding. The sooner the better, as some dates are very popular.
WHAT TYPE OF EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE? AND DO YOU HAVE BACK UP GEAR?
We use professional Sony Cameras. We always carry backup cameras and a variety of lenses to every wedding and session.
HOW LONG AFTER THE WEDDING DOES IT TAKE BEFORE WE CAN SEE OUR PHOTOGRAPHS?
After the wedding all the images are backed up, edited and delivered in 8 weeks.
DO YOU HAVE A BACKUP PHOTOGRAPHER?
We are a team, so in case there is a last minute emergency you will always be covered.
DO I HAVE TO DECIDE ON THE PACKAGE UPON BOOKING?
You can secure your date with a retainer fee and decide on the package a few weeks after.
HOW MANY PICTURES WILL WE GET?
This depends on which wedding collection you have chosen. If it’s a full day with both of us it will be somewhere from 400-600 photographs.
DO YOU DO FORMAL GROUP PICTURES?
Yes we do, we believe formal pictures with your immediate family are very important to capture. It should take no longer than 20 minutes.
CAN YOU RECOMMEND A VIDEOGRAPHER FOR OUR WEDDING?
We are a photography & filmaking team, we work extremely well together because we know how each other works and therefore we can anticipate each other’s movements, that way there’s never any disturbance.
IS OUR WEDDING GOING TO BE PUBLISHED ON YOUR BLOG?
Due to time constraints, we do not publish all weddings on our blog.
CAN WE MEET WITH YOU BEFORE WE BOOK?
Definitely yes! We love meeting up with our future couples, we can either meet for a coffee, or if you are overseas or too busy, we can do everything over the internet, email or Skype.
DO YOU OFFER ALBUMS?
Yes of course, we offer beautiful hand-crafted albums. They can be ordered separately after your wedding, when your pictures are ready, we give a 10% discount for albums ordered within a month from the date of delivery of the gallery.
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
Yes, we are fully insured.
HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL IN IRELAND?
We shoot weddings regularly all over the country, nowhere is too far for us.
DO YOU TRAVEL FOR DESTINATION WEDDINGS BEYOND IRELAND?
If we have a camera we will travel anywhere in the world, nowhere is too far for us.
